The data we may collect, store and process includes the following types Identity data: including but not limited to, your full name, title. Contact data: including but not limited to, billing address, delivery/site address, email address or phone numbers. Financial data: including but not limited to, your bank account details, transactions resulting from the work we carry out for you. Technical data: including but not limited to, login data. equipment used, computer addresses or location details. Communications data: including but not limited to, email communications.
 
Please note that as part of our contractual relationship. we may collect, store and process personal details of other individuals in your organisation. And, you must have obtained permission either by contract or consent with them for us to do that.
 
We do not collect, store or process sensitive data as defined by the regulation. If you fail to provide data concerning yourself or others in your organisation. Then, we will not be able to provide the services indicated in the contract. This would result in a temporary or permanent loss of service or services and may result in additional time charges. If this happens we will notify you.

3.2 SITE VISITOR TRACKING
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site. To better understand how they find, use our web pages and to see their journey through the website. Although, GA records data such as your geographical location, devices, internet browser and operating system. None of this information personally identifies you to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google does not grant us access to this. We consider Google to be a third party data processor. GA makes use of cookies, details of which can be found on Google’s developer guides. Our website uses the ExactMetric WordPress plugin for GA.
 
Disabling cookies on your internet browser will stop GA from tracking any part of your visit to pages on this website.
